Hi, we're Andy + Marie

We make the house part of the memory.

The best stays feel effortless - like you belong there the moment you walk in.

We're a Bloomington-Normal family who loves creating spaces where people can relax, reconnect and make great memories. What started as one project quickly became a passion for homes that feel welcoming, fun and a little unexpected.

Andy brings the builder's eye and makes sure everything works. Marie focuses on design, details and the guest experience. Together with our four kids, we've poured ourselves into homes that balance comfort with the kind of features you want to text your friends about.

Hosting also gives us something we genuinely enjoy: the chance to meet people from all over and play a small role in their celebrations, vacations, campus visits, work trips and weekends away.
